Had good stay overall, contemporary place and the weather was sunny. The hotel had a very central location and it was just walking distance from Church Street. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. Liked it.

Pleasant place, delicious food offered for English breakfast. Its location relatively close to a Nathan Phillips square was unbeatable. Besides, it was relatively close to downtown, that worked for us. The staff was kind and the service was exceptional.

Its location was very central, within short walking distance of Carlton Cinemas. The service was very good and the staff was best and knowledgeable.
Its breakfast definitely should have been included with the price.

Nothing to complain about, the venue suited the needs, recommend it. The restaurant was large on floor, I tried hot dishes. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Perfect location to explore Toronto and good service. Safe hotel with functional rooms and a functional bathroom. Staff was service-minded as always. Gorgeous garden and lovely pool. We visited the English bar and loved the welcome drinks.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was GOOD LOOKING, but I stayed for 2 nights only. Everything was fabulous, I felt safe. Near cinema and restaurants, it was a bonus. Besides, the area was safe, next to a shopping mall. I slept so comfy in the good bed.

Unique place, neat, nice value. When we arrived the staff were ready to help and treated us with EXCELLENT service. We had access to perfect parking, amazing pool. Booked it for 2 days and had a very comfortable experience.

The staff was very polite and the location was reasonably priced - altogether a very lovely experience. We loved that the room was perfect and such huge. Found in an downtown part of the town. Besides, we walked 10 minutes and reached a long-standing multilevel urban mall.
